You are invited to join us in simplicity and gentle silence. To stand still with the trees, to be intimately in touch with the flow of the stream…. the silent sky …and the healing balm of contemplative community.

This four-day retreat will offer you the spaciousness to gently drop into a deeper awareness… to rest, refresh and open to presence

The silence enables us to listen on a deeper level. To brighten both our hearts and our Minds and to nourish our spirit.

There will be a supportive schedule of sitting and walking meditation, sessions of movement, deep relaxation and contemplative music. Through the gentle guidance of our resident teachers - Sister Shalom and Seonaid Espiner, we will grow our capacity for deep presence and ease in all aspects of daily life.

When we take time to go into the silence and nourish our peace and wisdom, we do this not only for our individual wellbeing, , we do it for our families, our communities and our society.

Retreat Cost:

$450 - $400 for food and accommodation (sliding scale, please pay according to your financial capacity)

Places on these retreats are limited and often fill quickly. We welcome your earliest registration by emailing us your details to peace@dharmagaia.org Confirmation of your place will be followed by full payment of the retreat fee.

Dana for the Teachers and Teachings. In line with the Buddhist tradition that inspired our teachers to train and practice for the sake of all beings, our Teaching is offered on the basis of Dana - generosity and mutual support. you can offer Dana by making a one of or regular donation here DANA ACCOUNT - 03 0458 0238459 000 (or into the Dana bowl at the time of the retreat)  Please include ‘Teacher’s Dana’ in the reference field.Dana - donation payments are tax-deductible so must be referenced as Dana or Donation. GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation up to 10 days prior to the starting date of the retreat, we can offer a 75% refund or the funds can be carried over to your next retreat.  

However, a cancellation within 10 days of the retreat starting date is non-refundable.

We write this in light of goodwill and in the understanding that life being life, things may change at the very last minute. Please, contact us to share/explain your circumstances.
